Ivory Coast’s Inaugural Mining, Oil and Energy Conference & Exhibition
SIREXE will be held in Abidjan, Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire) from 27 Nov to 2 Dec 2024. This is the country’s first mining, oil and energy conference and exhibition and is supported by Côte d’Ivoire’s Ministry of Mines, Petroleum and Energy. We are proud to be selected as one of the few global partners for this prestigious event.
​Ivory Coast, the world’s top cocoa producer, is seeking to develop its mining sector to diversify its sources of income and gold mining is on the rise in the country. Most of Cote d’Ivoire’s primary energy demand is currently covered by local oil refinery supplies and domestic gas production, although the country is also expanding its hydropower and solar energy sectors to support its renewable energy development.
